Assessment and needs analysis
During an initial phone or video call, we evaluate your level, your context (studies, work, or business), your specific needs and goals, as well as your situation.

Creation of a personalized learning program
Based on this information, I design a fully tailored program: content, materials, role-plays, and pace adapted to you and your situation. You then receive a draft program and schedule, and we are ready to get started.

Online support & progress monitoring
Sessions are organized online via Google Meet or Teams, depending on the chosen approach. Lessons progress step by step, with each session building on the previous one: strengthening acquired skills, addressing difficulties, and continuously adjusting to keep you aligned with your objectives.
Throughout the program, you receive clear, supportive, and precise feedback on your strengths, areas for improvement, and overall progress. The goal is for you to always know exactly where you stand and how to keep moving forward—even after the end of our courses.

Review
At the end of the program, we assess the skills developed, the progress achieved, and your overall experience. You leave with a summary document covering everything we have worked on together and, upon request, a certificate of attendance.
It is important to note that meaningful progress can only be achieved through your genuine and consistent commitment.
